Welcome to Bensons House of Tea Terms and Conditions. If you visit or shop with Bensons House of Tea, then you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Should you wish to return any item bought from Bensons House of Tea, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition.
Returns should be made within 28 days and in original, undamaged packaging.
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
PRODUCT DEscriptIONS
At Bensons House of Tea, we endeavour to ensure that all of our product descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that this site is completely error free or up to date.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We aim to have all of our products in stock and available at all times. If an item you have ordered for some reason is not available to deliver to you, a full refund will be made to the card used to make the purchase. We cannot guarantee that all products will be available at all times.
PRICING
We endeavour to ensure that our pricing is always accurate. Should an error occur which affects a purchase that you have made, we will contact you and endeavour to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to remove any item from sale at any time.

Your data will not be shared with any third parties outside of the Bensons of Stratford-upon-Avon Ltd trading group. The company currently consists of bensonstea.com, Bensons House of Tea retail store in Stratford-upon-Avon and Bensons Restaurant and Tea Rooms in Stratford-upon-Avon.

We will communicate with you only in respect of your order, unless you have opted in to joining our mailing list, where we will contact you regarding new products, promotions etc.
PAYMENT
Payment is handled by our bank, HSBC, to ensure that your card security is maximised.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING
For all overseas shipping, the buyer is the importer and has sole resposibility for ensuring that any relevant duties or regulations and paid and adhered to.
